21st Century Leadership: Coaching and Being Coached

The ability to coach is fundamental to management and leadership in the 21st Century. It can play a vital role in developing any team, project or organisation, and provides future as well as existing leaders with an effective way of developing their thinking.

In this practical session, Katrina Hau and Daisy Bland from the Charityworks Programme Team will introduce coaching as an approach to development, of oneself and of others. They will share useful models and insights that will support you to develop and value coaching behaviours, as well as taking you through some practical exercises to help you become a better coach and coachee yourself.
