27Seconds Wine Tasting

location Whare Kai, 200 Tuam St | 5 PM-7:30 PM Wednesday 06 December 2017 (NZST)

Come and taste wine that does good

The wonderful people from 27Seconds Wine are going to come and share their journey and their wine with us in the lovely atmosphere of our Whare Kai.

Every 27 seconds, somewhere in the world, a vulnerable person is trafficked or sold into slavery. Most of us would like to change this. But knowing where to start is overwhelming. We can help, because every time you buy 27Seconds wine, you become part of a solution in a small way. How? Because with each bottle sold, they give away 100% of the profits to help survivors of slavery.

What can you expect? Hearing from Alanna and Pete about why they started 27Seconds and where the profits go. Then Pete the winemaker will then talk us through the wines while you have a taste. Yum. Then if you really like it you can buy some on the spot for yourself or as a Christmas gift that keeps on giving.

Thanks to the Social Club there will be nibles.

Spaces are limited so please RSVP if you are actually coming.
