Applied - Diversity, Social Mobility & Tech
Whether we care to admit it or not, the way we interpret the world is shaped by our experiences and implicit biases. Importantly, these biases are shape our built environment, how we design products, and organise the workplace.
Over the past year, the Behavioural Insights Team (Cabinet Office spin-out ‘Nudge Unit’) has been working on Applied, their first technology platform, designed using behavioural science to make recruitment smart, fair and easy.
We've been toiling away piloting the product with some truly incredible partner organisations, from Penguin Random House UK, to Barnardos, to the Institute for Government, to the Australian Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. We're now embarking on the next serious phase of the project!
Please join us to celebrate the official launch of the platform.
