Is happiness key in high-performing teams?
After the success of our 2015 session with Rohan Silva (former advisor to David Cameron and creator of the UK’s Happiness Index) we’ve decided to introduce another friend of EARN that we feel can enlighten, inspire and kick-start everyone’s new year to ensure it’s the most positive and productive one yet.
For our 2016 session we’re really pleased to welcome Dr Tim O’Brien. Tim is an award-winning psychologist who currently works in business and sport. He has been the First Team Psychologist with Arsenal Football Club for ten years and has also worked with other Premier League Football Clubs too.
Tim’s specialism is coaching individuals and teams in a range of global businesses across a variety of sectors including Red Bull, Nike, Disney and the BBC.
For our session he will be asking the question, “Is happiness a key factor in high performing teams?”
Come along and hear Tim’s take on things, enjoy some lunch and also take away some tips from our resident positive psychologist Bridget Grenville-Cleave.
Hope to see you there. EARN Team
