Collaboration Superheroes meet up #4
Our fourth and final Collaboration Superheroes meet up of 2016 will pull together all we’ve learnt this year. It’ll be a reflective session looking at what we’ve produced together and will check and summarise what we’ve learnt about collaboration skills, behaviours, systems and feelings.
The next Collaboration Superheroes meet up is on Wednesday 23 November 2016, 16.45-18.45 with the action starting at 17.15 at our not-so-secret lair Broadacre House.
When we first met in January, we took a big picture look at collaboration including defining it, what we’re doing to make it great and what we’re doing to make it fail. At our second meet up in April we heard a collaboration story and reflected on the skills, behaviours, feelings and systems that were going on during the collaboration story and our own experiences. And at our last meet up in June, we focussed in on trust and its role in collaboration to help us answer: how do we strengthen our ability to build trust for greater collaboration. As a group, we chose the following three areas to think about: being trustworthy and barriers; reasons to trust; and courage.
Your mission is to book a place and add the date to your calendar. And we’ll see you on 23 November!
