Creating maps for network building

location Space4 | 6:30 PM-9 PM Thursday 14 June 2018 (GMT)

Learn how to map local communities and wider networks to release assets and build relationships.

Drew Mackie and Kate White will offer a hands-on demonstration of how network mapping can be used to connect local organisations and groups, and help build London networks.

We’ll explore how to use the Sumapp survey tool and Kumu online mapping system that together enable people to manage and update their profiles and connections on the map. Here's how we are doing that for a map of London mappers and network builders.

Drew and Kate will also explain how they are working with the voluntary services council of a London borough to map local groups and organisations, to help them better serve local people.
