Confused about paleo? Here's an in-depth list, but to simplify: - No bread, oats, corn, or brown rice. - A little legumes are okay, if they're soaked or fermented. - Go moderate on dairy, full fat is preferred. - If it can go on a grill, in a salad, or comes from a tree, you're probably fine.
