A meetup for government designers to share their work and ideas around designing case-working systems

About the event

Most government departments use some kind of case-working systems for internal staff to process applications and make decisions.

This meet-up is for the designers of those systems to share what they are working on, look for common patterns and learn about what has and hasn't worked well.

We're planning some talks and workshops that will help us make the most of our time.

  • 10:30 - 11:00: Arrival
  • 11:00 - 12:30: Morning session including show and tells of case-working systems and a talk on service patterns and language in case-working
  • 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch break (sorry, there's no budget for food)
  • 13:30 - 16:00: Afternoon session including workshops on identifying common patterns and components
