After our successful teacher events in Stockholm and Malmö with Patricia Diaz and Sara Bruun, we are now coming to Gothenburg.
Join us for a FREE inspirational event for high school English teachers, where we discuss how to master formative assessment through the use of EF Class digital tools and learning materials. After the seminar there will be time for mingling over wraps and soft drinks.
EF Class is completely free for all high school teachers and students.
EF Class is a tool to help teachers run engaging, interactive, and motivational English lessons, using a complete set of flexible learning materials. Using content entirely customized for Swedish high schools and based on the Skolverkets’ curriculum, EF Class covers English 5, 6, and 7 and is a complete content solution. Teachers can choose to use lessons and activities authored by EF, but can also modify and create their own - adapting them to meet different students’ learning needs.

How can you make your students more aware of their digital surroundings? How can you break down the walls between school English and extramural English? Mia Smith will show you how she makes her students aware of the possibilities of learning English using digital tools in school and outside. She will give examples from both Shakespeare projects and the well-known 30-day-challenge.
Mia Smith is a teacher of English and German at Vallhamra skola 7-9 in Partille. She is also a lead teacher focused on foreign language teaching and digital technology. She gives lectures about the digital aspects of language teaching in Swedish, English, and German and shares her ideas on her blogs - lrbloggar.se/miasmith and miasklassrum.wordpress.com
Please note: the presentation will be in English.
