Engage Your Teams And Grow Your Career
They say people join organisations, but they leave managers. How can you be the kind of manager that retains, and inspires the best from your people?
Only 1.5 out of 10 employees say they are highly motivated. The UK economy is losing £340 billion per year as a result. It is well known that managers have a critical role to play in solving this challenge. Being someone who can engage your staff, and manage others with engaging methods and approaches is one of the biggest competitive advantages you can have in your career. But in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world of work this can be easier said than done.
At this event, we will explore how you can inspire, coach and stretch your people to get the best from them. By listening to experts, sharing your stories and offering peer support you will leave with practical strategies you can implement in your career.
