In February's Sprint we'll be working with a small number of social enterprises to help them to understand how they can 'DIY' their own social investment deals. We'll be joined by Dave Boyle, Director of The Community Shares Company, and Matt Fountain, Founder of the Freedom Bakery, who has successfully DIY'd his own Social Investment Tax Relief (SITR) deal, along with David Floyd and Dan Gregory from the Flip Finance team. You can find out more by reading about December's DIY Social Investment Sprint.
We'd like people who want to assist organisations to devise their own approaches to raising their own social investment to join the sprint. It might take the form of SITR, a Community Share offering or something else. It'll be hands on and getting into the detail of things - please do sign up, but only if you are willing to get stuck into the practicalities!
We are also on the look out for up to three organisations to participate and be the focus of the Sprint - so please get in touch if you want to work with us!.
