Join us for a Free Meditation Class tomorrow from 1pm - 1:45pm in Meeting Room A (basement).
This is a weekly course taking place every Thursday lunchtime for 5 weeks and is perfect for beginners. It will include posture, relaxation, breathing and other meditation essentials. A regular meditation practice can bring a greater sense of inner peace and calm an overactive mind.
