Learn how to use Bokashi
Bokashi is a really easy way of ‘composting’ your kitchen scraps in a closed lid bucket. It uses a popular fermentation process - and can deal with both cooked and uncooked foods. A few simple practices will have you significantly reducing your waste and creating goodness for your garden.
