Positive Thinking Workshop

We have paired up with Innerspace to deliver a workshop on “How to develop the skill of positive thinking” on Thursday 3rd May from 1pm to 2pm in Meeting Room 4 at The Foundry.

The workshop is free of charge but due to the large number of no-shows in previous events, we are asking for an advance £5 deposit if you want to attend the workshop. The deposit will be returned once attendance has occurred. Alternatively, you can opt to donate your deposit to the trainer to show appreciation for their efforts as they work on a voluntary basis. You must cancel at least 72 hours before the date and time of the workshop for the deposit to be returned.

What is positive thinking made of? Why is positive thinking the key to a successful life? How to develop the skill of positive thinking? This highly interactive Positive Thinking workshop will help you to better understand the power of positive thinking. The workshop explores what positive thinking is, analyses its benefits and traps, as well as barriers to change.
