Global Health Night Out is back - Monday Sept 11th at 630PM!
As always this is an opportunity for students, trainees, and faculty to mingle, discuss current topics in global health and get to know our colleagues from across campus doing interesting work!
Dinner will be served.
For the second session of the year we will focus on building responsible partnerships in global health. In a future session we’ll take a look at building research partnerships but this time we will focus on training and clinical capacity building.
Session leaders will be: Maija Cheung (SGY) & Gillian Kupakuwana-Suk (IM)
Faculty Experts for the session who will share their experiences in building responsible clinical training partnerships are:
Doruk Ozgediz (Peds Surg) and Tracy Rabin (IM) both of whom have worked for a decade in Uganda and are key members of the Yale - Makerere University partnerships in clinical medicine.
