STRANGE TALES 15

ALL OF THE SPEAKERS ARE READY, ARE YOU?

Speaker Two Alex Pearson is a multiplatform and interactive producer. He - along with 12 year old Syrian Mohammed Kteish - created the award-winning Future Aleppo a model and VR piece that allows Mohammed to rebuild his bombed city. Alex will be bringing along the VR for you to try - so come along early for that.

Speaker Three Nosa Eke is a brilliant filmmaker/digital storyteller/narrative experience designer. She'll be talking about her project, The Grind which is all London 20-somethings.

Speaker Four Aisha Yusaf is the CEO and Founder of Pika Vision. They're on a mission to get kids to explore the world through cameras and their talk is going to be excellent. They also just might launch something too…

Passion Projects and Side Missions

I've been thinking a lot about side hustles recently - I've come to the conclusion that my career is basically a Katamari Damacy-style ball of rolling passion projects, which is not so bad.

Recently, Wonderbly topped the Tech Track 100 and is pretty much the best example I can think of of a side mission Done Right.

Strange Tales 15 is a celebration of side hustles. If you want to come and tell us about yours, let me know.

Speaker One

Luke Leighfield is back back back, to talk (and launch) his new project Run for Your Life - a magazine about everyday runners.
