How to Build Human Programming Interfaces: Because talking to people is hard

Tamara Miner has worked on infrastructure and developer tools for over 14 years in the US and Europe. She is currently the Engineering Manager of Pusher’s Infrastructure and Experience Teams, which support the most developer-focused realtime chat and events messaging services in the world. Prior to Pusher, Tamara launched multiple SaaS products for Riot Games’ League of Legends and Microsoft’s Azure Services. She is a recipient of the Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Microsoft XBox Women in Gaming Rising Star awards. She loves snacks and robots, and spends her spare time tinkering with both.

Joel Speed

Sharing is Caring: The importance of public speaking and blogging

Joel is a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Pusher, working on building their internal Kubernetes platform. He has been working in DevOps for over 5 years. Recently he has been focusing on automation and projects to extend Kubernetes, building admission and custom resource controllers to improve developer experience on the platform. Joel is passionate about auto scaling, deployment pipelines, authentication, authorisation, security and automating himself out of a job.
